What is the difference between Junior Suite with Terrace and Junior Suite with a balcony?

Junior Suite with Terrace are located on the ground floor, and they have direct access to the pool and solarium. Besides, these terraces are equipped with 2 sunbeds and 2 balcony chairs, and a table. Junior Suites located between the 2nd and 5th floor have a balcony, and are equipped with 2 balcony chairs and a table.

Are there minimum stay restrictions when booking?

Minimum stay may vary due to the hotel’s availability and dates.

Which is the maximum occupancy allowed per room?

Maximum allowance is 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child up to 12 years old. (3 people)

How can I get to the hotel from the airport?

If you do not have a car, or a coach or pre-booked bus, you can either take the public bus (line 66), a taxi (around 45€) or Santa Mónica Suites Hotel could organize a private transfer for you. The ride takes around 30-45 minutes. You can ask for further information on info@santamonicasuiteshotel.com

What type of pension can I book in Santa Mónica Suites Hotel?

Bookings have default breakfast included.  Half board is also offered (breakfast and dinner). It is not possible to exchange dinner for lunch.

If my reservation only includes breakfast, may I change my plan?

Yes. You may be informed in the front desk about prices and offers.

At what time may I check-in, and at what time is check-out?

Check in is from 2pm onwards. If you arrive to Santa Monica Suites hotel before that time, you are welcome to use our facilities and keep your luggage in our luggage room until your Suite is ready. Check-out is until 12:00.

Does the hotel offer late check-out?

The hotel offers late check-out based on availability. You may ask in our front desk a day before your departure if it may get through.

May I stay in the pool after check-out?

Once you have checked-out in our front desk, and have dropped your room keys, you may use our facilities until 6pm. We have a luggage room and courtesy rest-rooms to take a shower.

It is allowed to smoke in the rooms?

No, it is not allowed to smoke inside the rooms following the Spanish Law 42/2010.

Are pets allowed?

No.

Are children welcome?

I travel with my bike. Where could I securely store my bike?

Santa Mónica Suites Hotel has a designated space for bikes and its maintenance, which access is only allowed by a room card that has been activated in the front desk on request.

Santa Monica Suites Hotel has a designated space for golf gear in its facilities, which access is only allowed by a room card that has been activated in the front desk on request.

Does the hotel have a parking lot?

No, it does not. However, there is a big public free parking lot in front of the hotel.

Does the hotel offer baby cots?

Yes, free of charge.

Is there a safety box in the room?

Yes, free of charge.

Is there WiFi around the hotel?

Yes, we do offer WiFi in the hotel facilities free of charge.

Is the pool heated?

Yes, during Winter Season (November-March)

Do you offer pool towel service?

Yes. They can be picked up and changed in the pool area between 10am and 5pm.

Which is the pool-usage timetable?

Between 10am and 6pm

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes, they are offered for our Wellness Centre, and they can be arranged in the front desk.

Are there gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan or allergen-free options in the buffet and restaurant?

Yes. We always recommend our guests to let us know in advance your dietary preferences to offer an excellent service.

Is there a dress code?

Gentlemen must wear long trousers and closed shoes during the dinner buffet. It is not allowed to come into the reception being wet or wearing a bathing suit. It is not allowed to perform nudism in our pool area.

Is it possible to rent a car through the hotel?

Yes, it is possible to get a rental car through the reception.

Is it possible to rent a bike through the hotel?

Yes, it is possible to rent bikes through the reception.

Does the hotel offer excursions?

You will find an extensive catalogue in our front desk with the excursions we offer.

Does the hotel have animation?

The hotel offers healthy sport activities such as yoga and taichi free of charge for our guests. We do also offer night-time live music 5 times a week.

Could I book my Tee-Time through the hotel?

Yes. Santa Mónica Suites hotel does belong to Gran Canaria Gold network, and offers exclusive discounts in Tee Time bookings. You can ask for further information in the reception.
